Standing Up Against Work Place Discrimination

Dennis Wagner and Tristan Pelayes, along with the National Action Network, participated in picketing in protest at a local business who terminated the firm’s client in retaliation for his whistleblowing activities.  Wagner & Pelayes’ client exposed this business’s practice of engaging in discrimination based on race, gender, and sexual orientation against its employees and customers.  Mr. Pelayes successfully negotiated a favorable settlement for his client and changed the way this local retailer does business.
