Case settled on courthouse steps with son conveying title of house valued at over $750,000 back to clients.
A gay and Latino man sued a major medical provider in the state for discrimination and harassment on the basis of sexual orientation and ethnic background. His supervisor harassed him and fabricated allegations to justify firing him. The medical provider agreed to a settlement in the six-figure range.
